Patricia Caratozzolo, Dr. Professor. School of Engineering and Sciences, Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico. Patricia Caratozzolo received the Eng.D. degree from the Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya, Barcelona, Spain. She is member of the faculty of Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico, where she is Distinguished Professor of Power Energy Systems in the Department of Mechatronics and Sustainable Development. She currently leads different projects in educational innovation, soft skills in engineering and teaching-learning approaches. Dr. Caratozzolo is Senior Member of IEEE and member of the IEEE Industry Applications Society (IAS), Power and Energy Society (PES), Women in Engineering (WIE) and the International Association of Continuing Engineering Education (IACEE).
